MIGTurbo in Office System Sales

This case study is for a MIGTurbo CRM implementation at Viking Office Systems.
 
The Client
Viking Office Systems (Viking) is a progressive, privately owned  company that specialise in document management to provide a wide range of solutions, products and services to corporate customers around the world. Established in 1994, Viking has a successful track record in providing business critical and dependable solutions to its clients. Viking continues to invest in developing its resources in order to maintain market leadership.
 
The Problem
With more than 650 clients both on and off the island, Viking required a CRM solution that would support its contact management requirements; facilitate profiling of client requirements and sales pipeline management. Viking was also using Laserfiche extensively within the business and wanted a solution that would integrate with this.
 
The Solution
We identified the business requirements could be met with our standard MIGTurbo CRM module and Laserfiche integration achieved via our MIGTurbo LinkMan module.
 
Solution Delivery
Working with Viking we extracted a copy of the client data from MS Outlook, and before importing into MIGTurbo, undertook a data tidy-up exercise to de-duplicate and standardise the data format.  
 
Following successful migration and testing of data, MIGTurbo went live at the client’s site; all user details and permissions were configured as part of the installation. User training was undertaken and the Viking team began testing system functionality.  
 
The feedback process highlighted the need for tighter integration between MIGTurbo and Laserfiche resulting in the development of a bespoke Laserfiche module for MIGTurbo. This is now available as a standard option for MIGTurbo and is used by a number of other businesses.
 
We have considerable experience with systems integration – particularly in integrating our MIGTurbo software with key client systems.  In the Viking implementation, MIGTurbo has replaced several manual processes to provide a centralized view of all client communication across the business.  
 
MIGTurbo’s integrated e-marketing is used extensively to keep Vikings clients informed about seminars and sales promotions etc. This has facilitated significant timesaving within various divisions of the business –in one case saving nearly one man week of labour every single month
