DocuMentor™ Module
The DocuMentor module has been designed to integrate
with MS Word providing a powerful and intuitive mechanism for generating
letters and documents based upon pre-defined templates. By automatically
pulling standard data such as contact details and address information
from MIGTurbo, accuracy and uniformity of presentation is maintained.
DocuMentor automatically files the document within the client record
for easy retrieval - ensuring the communication history is also
maintained.
DocuMentor supports unlimited templates which can
be individually assigned by user, department or everyone.
The DocuMentor module allows for
any other type of file such as Images, Spread Sheets etc to be
stored within a specific client record.
